Chess, capital markets and strategy all reward the same discipline: read the uncertainty, weigh every scenario, then commit to the strongest move. That is what The City Chess Experience is built on, and it runs in London across the first and second quarters of 2027.

The City Chess Experience is a private networking event. It brings senior leaders from across financial services, capital markets and sport together to play high-level chess against international grandmasters, and it runs by invitation, with places offered to a hand-picked guest list.

It’s for the people who make the big calls in finance, capital markets and sport. People who like to win, and like to think before they move. Guest numbers are limited, and attendance is by invitation or application. Register your interest.

The City Padel Tournament.

Banks, asset managers, market infrastructure and the firms that advise them compete for the same clients all year. For one evening in London, they can settle it on court. Padel rewards what wins in markets too: fast reads, trust in your partner, and the nerve to go for the shot when the point matters.

Sixteen teams, with each institution entering one pair of players only. The standard will be high, so firms should send their best. One trophy, and a year of bragging rights for the winning institution.

The City Padel Tournament is an annual fixture. The first runs in London in the first quarter of 2027, on a weekday evening from 5pm to 10pm. Marceau Partners will be playing. It runs by invitation, with places offered to a hand-picked guest list.
